These door release rods are formed exactly like the originals on your classic. These rods are often rusty or missing. In order for the door to open properly from the inside, the inner door release mechanism must be connected to the rear latch inside the door with these rods. The rod mounts on the driver side of a 4-door sedan, all the mounting hardware is included. This door release rod will complete one rear LH side door. Fits all 55-57 Chevy 4-Door Sedans.
